Role I Desire:
My next role should leverage my strengths, which lie in creating and executing strategies that drive revenue growth while developing and fostering amazing teams. My love for food, beverage and hospitality runs deep and I’d like to continue in the industry although I am open to new facets like joining the supplier side or a company that directly supports hospitality.

I’ve been in hospitality my entire career, now over 20 years.
What Makes You Unique:
I have a well-rounded view of hospitality that not many marketers have. From starting in operations to leading large sales and marketing teams, I’ve had experience in hotels, golf courses, restaurants, entertainment venues and even software. All of that combined equips me to think outside of traditional strategy and be creative in execution.
Most Fulfilling Part:
There are a couple of things that immediately come to mind as most fulfilling in my career. First is seeing a strategy that I’ve put in place come to fruition. Whether that’s launching a new product successfully or changing marketing tactics to drive a higher ROI. My competitive nature loves to see more dollars on the bottom line! Second is growing my team and helping them reach their potential both professionally and personally. It’s been a pleasure of mine to mentor team members that are early in their career and see them move on to new exciting roles.
Personal Life:
I was lucky to experience living abroad in both Australia and Japan before starting my career. Being immersed in other cultures instilled the practice of always being open to try new things.
