Based on the latest insights & trends, we have found that now more than ever, consumers are looking for eye-catching and sensory experiences. Restaurant guests are constantly looking for the latest and greatest Instagrammable moments.
We recently put together an RFP for the Fine Dining category at Morton’s, Morton’s Grille, Del Frisco’s Grille, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle, Oceanaire and Strip House. Naturally, the focus for this project was over the top theatre and presentation, and we most definitely delivered.
