JINYA Holdings is opening a new rock star location in the Aloha State with 3 concepts in one. Most importantly, they’re launching an entirely new Signature Cocktail, Whiskey, Wine, Beer and Saké menu designed to delight the most sophisticated of palates.

JINYA Holdings was founded with a goal of creating a modern and approachable take on Japanese cuisine, and they are doing just that. Here at Ignite, we have been working hard preparing for the beverage launch at this new location on Oahu at Waikiki Beach.

We have had an absolute blast working with their team. Our scope spanned everything from Menu Engineering to R&D for all Signature Mixology, Wine and Saké and gorgeous Cocktail Photography. Their APL and Signature Cocktail Menu will be second to none.

We cannot wait for the Waikiki launch and all the success it will bring. Projected opening is early August. So, if you find yourself on the island, be sure to sample items on the Beverage Menu and let us know what you think.
