Ignite has been working on culinary and beverage R & D for Mad Anthony’s Hot Sauce, the brain child of Van Halen bassist, Michael Anthony.
Ideation, experimentation and recipes are in the works that could get them into the On-Premise space and be used for innovative development.
The R&D started with thoughts on 20 ideas and have now been narrowed down to 3 different F&B potential programming buckets. Everything from pickled veggies to deviled eggs and beverage rimmers and garnishes that will surely turn up the heat. Stay tuned for more rockin’ details to come.
