This sauce delivers a savory and subtle creaminess. It helps temper spice while bringing a cohesive flavor to fellow ingredients in the dish. It is the perfect complement to the Johnnie Walker Red cocktails.


  • 3/4 cup Johnnie Walker Red
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup unflavored Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped Chive


  1. Reduce Johnnie Walker Red and salt in sauce pan on high heat to ½ Cup. Set aside and let cool. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and stir. Refrigerate.

Yields: 1.5 Cups

Prep/Serving: Drizzle over Pork Flat Bread
